When food is served at receptions, all County Health Department rules apply. Pre-packaged food from a caterer or restaurant is preferred. Special permission can be obtained for a food cart, food truck or buffet-style food donated by a licensed food provider. Potluck food cooked by private individuals is not allowed at public events.

The City normally produces Flag raising ceremony ads and programs, using information the host organization provides. You may decline to have us produce these, but any ads or event programs you design must meet City standards and must include all required information. Whether we are producing ot you are, publicity materials are due 14 days before your event. *
